Here's my list of poker book that I recommend you read plus links to them on Amazon. The list will focus on Limit Hold'em as that's what I play most often.

Beginners

Beginning Limit Hold'em

This is recent publication and it is very good. I wish I had read this book when I was starting out as it contains some great advice. My favourite section is "How a hand develops" which shows just how the value of hand can changed between the flop and the river.

Low Limit Hold - Ed Miller

This is an excellent introductory book on Limit Hold'em. This book has the best description of how to identify the nut hand on a board, a vital skill.

Internet Texas Hold'em - Matthew Hilger

Internet Texas Hold'em was one of the first books I bought and it's one that I return to again and again.

More advanced

Small Stakes Hold'em -Sklansky, Miller, Malmuth

The Bible for playing at small stakes.

Hold'em Poker for Advanced Players

Weighing the Odds in Hold'em Poker - King Yao
